Reservations

A credit card is required to make a reservation. 50% of the total cost of the tour is required 31+ days from the scheduled tour date. The remaining balance is due 30 days from the scheduled tour date. Any tour reserved 30 days prior to the scheduled tour date, 100% of the payment of the total cost of the tour is required.

Photos and Video

All photos and video taken on the tour are the sole property of Cellar Door Wine Tours, LLC and may be used for marketing and promotional purposes.

Gratuities

At Cellar Door Wine Tours our standard of service is based on our knowledge of the Texas Hill Country, your tour preferences and the successful execution of a personalized and curated wine tour. Your trained and skilled driver provides a valuable service and the appreciation for these services is a standard 18% gratuity added to your total wine tour invoice.

Alcohol Consumption

Passengers are allowed to consume alcoholic beverages in the van, however, smoking is not permitted.

Tasting Fees

Tours do not include Tasting Fees allowing you: To taste or not to taste, To upgrade your tasting experience, To have a glass instead, Most wineries will waive your Tasting Fee with a ( 3 ) bottle purchase.

Clean Up Fees

A clean up fee of $300 will be charged to the credit card on file if one of the tour passengers gets sick and vomits in the van. Cellar Door Wine Tours, LLC reserves the right to terminate the tour under these circumstances. A clean up fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file for spillage, glass breakage or cleaning beyond what is considered to be normal and expected cleaning.

Cancellations

If the reserved tour is cancelled 30-15 days of the scheduled tour date, 50% of the cost of the tour is forfeited. If the reserved tour is cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled tour date, 100% of the cost of the tour is forfeited. If a Tour Group fails to show on the scheduled tour date, 100% of the cost of the tour is forfeited.
