A credit card is required to make a reservation. 50% of the total cost of the tour is required 31+ days from the scheduled tour date. The remaining balance is due 30 days from the scheduled tour date. Any tour reserved 30 days prior to the scheduled tour date, 100% of the payment of the total cost of the tour is required.
Photos and Video
All photos and video taken on the tour are the sole property of Cellar Door Wine Tours, LLC and may be used for marketing and promotional purposes.
At Cellar Door Wine Tours our standard of service is based on our knowledge of the Texas Hill Country, your tour preferences and the successful execution of a personalized and curated wine tour. Your trained and skilled tour guide and driver provides a valuable service. The appreciation for these services is a standard 18% gratuity added to your total wine tour invoice. We realize that 18% is below the expected and anticipated gratuity for excellent and outstanding service, so please don't hesitate to express your additional gratitude in cash if you feel that the service was truly exceptional!
Passengers are allowed to consume alcoholic beverages in the van, however, smoking is not permitted.
Clean Up Fees
A clean up fee of $300 will be charged to the credit card on file if one of the tour passengers gets sick and vomits in the van. For your convenience, depository sickness bags have been placed behind the seats. Cellar Door Wine Tours, LLC reserves the right to terminate the tour under these circumstances. A clean up fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file for spillage, glass breakage or cleaning beyond what is considered to be normal and expected cleaning.
If the reserved tour is cancelled 30-15 days of the scheduled tour date, 50% of the cost of the tour is forfeited. If the reserved tour is cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled tour date, 100% of the cost of the tour is forfeited. If a Tour Group fails to show on the scheduled tour date, 100% of the cost of the tour is forfeited.
In the event a scheduled tour within 14 days of the scheduled date is postponed due to illness, natural disaster or some unforeseen event, the tour will be rescheduled to a future date.
Lost & Found
Cellar Door Wine Tours does not assume responsibility or liability for any and all lost items during the tour or any and all items left in the tour van or SUV. If your item is found left in the tour vehicle, we will gladly have the item sent to you at your expense using the credit card on file.
