COVID Compliance: We have taken all precautions to protect your health. The interior of our van has been sterilized and hand sanitizer is available. If you prefer, your guide and driver will wear a mask. You may wear masks and gloves if you choose.
- Reservations: A credit card is required to make a reservation. 50% of the total cost of the tour is required 31+ days from the scheduled tour date. The remaining balance is due 30 days from the scheduled tour date. Any tour reserved 30 days prior to the scheduled tour date, 100% of the payment of the total cost of the tour is required.
- Cancellations: If the reserved tour is cancelled 30-15 days of the scheduled tour date, 50% of the cost of the tour is forfeited. If the reserved tour is cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled tour date, 100% of the cost of the tour is forfeited. If a Tour Group fails to show on the scheduled tour date, 100% of the cost of the tour is forfeited.
- Clean Up Fees: A clean up fee of $300 will be charged to the credit card on file if one of the tour passengers gets sick and vomits in the van. Cellar Door Wine Tours, LLC reserves the right to terminate the tour under these circumstances. A clean up fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file for spillage, glass breakage or cleaning beyond what is considered to be normal and expected cleaning.
